What’s on the menu
The guide is designed to generously serve 8-10 people. Bright, sunny flavours of the Mediterranean with relaxed, share-style dishes.
Mediterranean Gathering is built around the joy of abundance, the colour of fresh produce, and the simple pleasure of good olive oil poured with generosity.
This menu is full of bright, sunny flavours that travel from the Amalfi Coast to the Greek islands, across to the shores of southern France and beyond. It’s designed for sharing — relaxed, plentiful dishes that invite guests to reach, talk, and linger. A whole roasted fish, flaked apart at the table with crispy capers and lemon; golden chicken baked with olives and artichokes; labneh scented with preserved lemon and tarragon, ready for spooning onto everything. The sides are vibrant and fresh — a Panzanella bursting with ripe tomatoes, herby pearl couscous, and a cool smashed cucumber salad for balance.
And to finish, a cake that captures the spirit of sunshine itself — orange and thyme, served with two ice creams: lemon, sea salt and olive oil, and pistachio. Together, they’re a perfect ending to a long, slow meal that feels equal parts elegant and unpretentious.
This is my favourite menu — generous, golden, and made for gathering. It’s everything I love about cooking for the people I love.
