ingredients:

  • 250g vegan butter

  • 4 tsp miso

  • 1 cabbage


Preparation:

  1. Bring a large saucepan of water to boil, add salt and the cabbage. If too large cut in half before adding to the water

  2. Cook the cabbage for about 5 minutes, strain and set aside

  3. To make miso butter add the Butter and miso paste to a food processor, mix until smooth

  4. Take the cabbage and cut into 6 - 8 even wedges, using a butter knife use half of the miso butter to cover the sides of each wedge

  5. Heat a grill on a high heat, you could use the BBQ too. Putting the cut and buttered sides face down, grill the cabbage until charred

  6. When cooked put about half of the remaining miso butter on top of the cabbage and serve immediately

  7. Serve with the leftover miso butter for people to add more where they please
