ingredients:
350ml Frangelico or Amaretto
½ litre vanilla ice cream
Espresso shots
Extra pistachios for garnish
Extra rose petals for garnish
Preparation:
Prepare the number of shots of espresso required (1 shot per Affogato) and the shots of Frangelico (30ml per shot)
Add a scoop of ice cream into each glass, sprinkle some rose petals over the ice cream
Serve the ice cream with a shot of Espresso and a shot of Frangelico along with the cookie
Allow your guests to add the espresso and Frangelico to the ice cream. Dip the Pistachio & Rose cookie into the creamy deliciousness and enjoy!
