ingredients:

  • 350ml Frangelico or Amaretto

  • ½ litre vanilla ice cream

  • Espresso shots

  • Extra pistachios for garnish

  • Extra rose petals for garnish


Preparation:

  1. Prepare the number of shots of espresso required (1 shot per Affogato) and the shots of Frangelico (30ml per shot)

  2. Add a scoop of ice cream into each glass, sprinkle some rose petals over the ice cream

  3. Serve the ice cream with a shot of Espresso and a shot of Frangelico along with the cookie

  4. Allow your guests to add the espresso and Frangelico to the ice cream. Dip the Pistachio & Rose cookie into the creamy deliciousness and enjoy!
