ingredients:
2 bunches broccolini, trimmed
2 tbsp olive oil
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
¼ cup slivered or flaked almonds, toasted
Sea salt and cracked pepper
Preparation:
Toss broccolini with olive oil, salt, and pepper
Heat a grill pan or BBQ over high heat and cook broccolini until charred and tender about 3–4 minutes each side
Transfer to a platter, drizzle with lemon juice, scatter with zest and almonds
