ingredients:
800g of different tomatoes (buy these 3 to 4 days early as well as a banana, put them all in a brown paper bag to ripen. Check on them daily. When they’re perfectly coloured and ripe, put them in the fridge)
150g stracciatella
2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation:
Wash the tomatoes and slice them about ½ a centimetre thick
On a plate or platter arrange the slices artfully, working with the different shades of the tomatoes
With a big spoon place 8 spoonfuls of stracciatella on top and around the tomatoes
Finish with olive oil all over right before serving
