ingredients:

  • 800g of different tomatoes (buy these 3 to 4 days early as well as a banana, put them all in a brown paper bag to ripen. Check on them daily. When they’re perfectly coloured and ripe, put them in the fridge)

  • 150g stracciatella

  • 2 tbsp olive oil


Preparation:

  1. Wash the tomatoes and slice them about ½ a centimetre thick

  2. On a plate or platter arrange the slices artfully, working with the different shades of the tomatoes

  3. With a big spoon place 8 spoonfuls of stracciatella on top and around the tomatoes

  4. Finish with olive oil all over right before serving
