ingredients:

  • 1 whole lemon

  • Juice from 2 lemons

  • 1 tbsp Salt


Preparation:

  1. Slice 1 Lemon into thin slices and remove the seeds

  2. In a saucepan add the lemon slices, lemon juice and salt. Bring to a simmer and cook until rinds are translucent, about 10 minutes once you’re simmering

  3. Set aside, when cooled add into a food processor or similar and combine together until you get a smooth paste

  4. In an airtight container put the paste in and cover with a thin layer of olive oil. Set aside in the fridge
