ingredients:
1 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves
½ cup basil leaves
1 tbsp capers
3 anchovy fillets
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2–3 tbsp red wine vinegar
⅓ to ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper
Preparation:
Blitz parsley, basil, capers, anchovies, garlic, mustard, vinegar and olive oil in a food processor until smooth but still textured. Season to taste
