ingredients:

  • 1 cup flat-leaf parsley leaves

  • ½ cup basil leaves

  • 1 tbsp capers

  • 3 anchovy fillets

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard

  • 2–3 tbsp red wine vinegar

  • ⅓ to ½ cup extra virgin olive oil

  • Salt & pepper


Preparation:

  1. Blitz parsley, basil, capers, anchovies, garlic, mustard, vinegar and olive oil in a food processor until smooth but still textured. Season to taste
